Had friends around last night , just sold there house after dropping the price by $50000, man were they happy , they are looking forward to renting for the next few years before deciding what to do next, our lease comes up for renewal in the next few months and we have to decide weather we stay in the appartment with lots of benifits, pools, tennis courts, and no maintenance,its on the beach in Hervey bay $320 per week, lots of vacant rentals in Hervey bay at the moment, In my opinion we would be mad to buy.
