I'm enjoying renting too. We sold our place in October and given the market conditions at the moment have decided to sit on the sidelines for a bit. Interest on our funds more than covers our rent and we are living in a nicer place than the one we owned, which is decreasing in value by the day. The best thing for me though is the sense of freedom we feel. We could drop everything tomorrow and move anywhere...do anything. It's a nice feeling and one I hadn't thought about prior to doing it.
