Good stories, i sold May 2010 in Alphington/Fairfield Melb and the area has gone absolutely ballistic along with Northcote nearby.

I got the highest price ever paid on the road, still a record, purchaser had it undisclosed, wonder why lol

Have not rented for about 12 yeras and enjoying it , living life to the fullest.

Rents coming down around the Fairfield/Ivanhoe areas and I thought they'd go the other way.

looking back, it was the second wave of high prices so i was very lucky, but them the breaks I suppose.
