security of tenure is the reason i bought,put just enough in to avoid mortgage insurance and get a better rate,if i could have security of tenure renting i would ,you will probably do better on the asx than capital gain on r/e -but thats life you cant always have your cake and eat it.
its something to do renovate on a budget,it will take a while
