    Unfortunately , there is another serious point in the discipline Argument ..Sell the house and Spend the equity sucking scotch and diet cokes in the Over 28s !!

    Yeah , that works well ..dont have to worry about anything ..other than maybe paying the increasing rent , after you realise the Equity is gone ..

    And you start where you began ..NOTHING .
