Thats all good no doubt , dependent purely on what you do with all that money ... Im not saying its a BAD idea , Im saying few , particularly in a City lifestyle could do it .

Its the disclipine factor ..they would blow the Cabbage , just a matter of time for most .

But , Im certain it works well for you and thats great , each to their own .
