Quite possibly, really just looking to get into the market outside of Melbourne. I'm happy to rent here in the city provided I have alternate investments and shares just arnt providing that. My thinking is buying for capital gains has been done which is why I'm seeking high yielding properties which can self fund themselves. With a substantial deposit I hope to have two properties paid off in the next 7 years. Being quite young I'm searching for a path to set myself in the future as working until I'm 70+ worries me
