Renting

Wife and I have been in helping our Daughter to clean up hear two bedroom unit she had rented out,it is a mess
one large skip bin already gone will take anther two, they did not pay rent for the last six months, At least $20k damage
Vcap useless, As the law says if they have no where to go it is near inpossible to get them out, so by Law to get them out
you have to sell, even then Vcap wanted her to mediate with them what's to mediate if you are selling, Lesson learnt
go though a Agent. allways was through Agent, but when it came vacant 3 years ago son in law was working at a place
that these people were staying and the lady ask him if he new of any units for rent, Now because they where two Gay
Men we all though there would be no trouble, But we shore were wrong.
