Yes I was trying to understand this myself, I would like to know what they define as an 'active customer' because with the recent website activity you would think we should see some results but if the first month is free then are they considered an active customer and if not, is there a month delay for them to be considered an active customer.

Another thing I would have liked announced is in the recent presentation, 'RentPay granted an Australian credit license', surely this is newsworthy but also its nice to see the company implement the strategy, for so long I was wondering what the 'finance' benefit of holding the capital was and now we can see the plan (page 10) we can use it to lower our financing costs on lending products, clearly we needed the credit license to do so.
Very interested to see how this pans out and if they will incentivise users to hold capital in the RentPay wallet.
