If I were to have a punt, I'd say Rentpay as a platform would have:

- Clearing/Trust account for the Renter to control and budget rent in advance creating payment insight and certainty for the logical planning renter
- Transparency of the balance and funds in this Clearing/Trust account to agents, that can also reconcile the Renters preferred payment cycle to that of the agent/owners
- Data analytics on budgeting, cash-flow cycles, free cash-flow for debt servicing for credit ratings and future borrowing
- Ability to partner/communicate with other eWallet platforms such as Novatti Groups' Lifepay app.

Then maybe:
- Platform that allows split-payments for share-houses that can easily be managed, reviewed and reported.
- Quick trust accounts/payment channels to set up for short-stays/AirBnB
- Open banking to allow to link Rentpay to Banking Apps as an Add-on?

I'd say these as a starter.
Remember Rentpay was bought from MYOB in 2018 so genetically it has the originations of an accounting software, payment nexus and reconciliation accuracy at the heart of it.
