Just thought I would put together the known data from various announcements into a chart
You can see the impact from the marketing effort made in April, hopefully this joint effort hits a wider audience. I have said this before but the reality is when we sign agents who offer it along side we are most likely to get sales when there is turnover of tenants, with people staying in properties for > 12 months we don't see an immediate impact but it should provide a solid foundation over time.
