I have a rental platform for rooms a nd houses. I built it in 2006 and have had 15,000 of my tenants through there with floorless operation.Unfortunately it wasn't able do do API,s so I have just purchased like 17 property's in Queenstown NZ and used it to rent rooms. And my landlord mates use it too. It's very comprehensive and I'm not sure what to do with it.Rentezi we call it!
