We just need some good news and direction. I hope the mortgage pay/deposit saving section is groundbreaking when it comes out.

It's very hard to stay positive always being on the edge of greatness but never quite making it.

If they can come up with a mortgage saving system that if the buyer can save and pay rent on time for two years plus save a 5 or 10 per cent deposit that they don't need to pay mortgage insurance that would be superb plus maybe give them some internet on their savings.

something like that I would imagine would be a gold mine. Possible even preferential mortgage rates as they have proved can pay on time for a few years and save.
