Yeah this mortgage product needs to come out ASAP along with the marketing (later this month or next) then hopefully we hit some news attention while the rental/mortgage crisis is still relevant.
Recent changes that the company has done is to separate the social media advertising by creating a RentPay specific page and also tied the two business together through the www.rent.com.au webpage update with a link for RentPay under every property listing page with the other products.
This has increased the outgoing traffic of Rent.com.au to RentPay.com.au from ~3% last month to >10% which is good.
However until we are getting 10x page hits for RentPay (>5000 daily) we wont get the paying customer numbers up, I'll update as soon as I start seeing the RentPay specific campaign launched and the resulting traffic.
Will be quiet for the next couple of weeks I guess.
