200,000 is unrealistic by end of the year in my opinion, but I like the optimism. personally would like to see a strategic partner come in and bank roll a big scale marketing campaign. it has the opportunity to dominate Australian renting and beyond. to get to this point it will ultimately require exponential growth, and a marketing/incentives war chest similar to Airbnb, Uber etc. there are still a few more strings to be added to their bow with mortgage builder and there will also likely be a bit of refinement around Paylab. but once all this has been sorted, I foresee the next stage of rentpay.
