    Competition is good, it means we are doing something right.

    I do wonder what the point of it is though, is it mortgage sales focused?
    Proof of loan serviceability?
    It reminds me of what Simon Baker said in this interview around the 31:30 minute mark

    The company doesn't look to be actually involved in the transfer of rent money, just pay $5 a month and they detect your payment and give you points based on rent amount.

    Any thoughts on this?
