How on earth will us struggling renters manage to keep up with this!!!!!! And if Kincella is right, and real inflation is 10%, then our rents are not keeping up at all! The poor landlords :(
Also to bulls who will take glee in the reduced likelihood of rate increases indicated by this article. Don't direct your glee towards me, as Perth has been falling nicely (and accelerating) with interest rates right where they are.
7.5% nominal falls = 10.4% real falls, according to these inflation figures.
