rent are jury rigged/drumhead anyway through insurance, investors can afford to wait it out.
The house we rented for 3 years which we left because of today's common social issues as governments turn good but basic family streets into commission slums with the help of investors...but could have just as easily left because they refused to down the rent to market...it took 7 months for them to find a new occupier and only then because they gave up at 4 months and refreshed the place.
So the lag down need not be free market related today can be entirely artificial within this artificial country.
He He, I very much doubt they new tenants will sign on for a second term.
