I'd like to see stats re: the average age that young people are...

I'd like to see stats re: the average age that young people are leaving their parental home, compared even to 10 years ago.

I think the age would be gradually creeping up.

Also stats on how many young people are pooling their resources and sharing rental properties... compared to years past

I think it all gets back to incomes and affordability.

As long as incomes rise .. you'd expect that rents would follow... otherwise there are ways to combat rising rents (as above).
