House across the road from mine, was rented for $390/wk, dog box, stinks, tiny, party walls on both sides, shared roof, looks like it was last renovated in 1940.
It was open for inspection after being passed in last week. Agent says brightly "passed in at $760K, current offer $780K, reserve $820K".
My valuation would be $550K absolute maxmimum.
