Housing prices gone up too much. Nobody Knows where they end up. As i understand Property works like shares but , Shares has very shorter life cycle than property. Last 4 years are very good for property . Now buying property means buying penny share at 10c which would go down with time to 1c. rent is already too high cannot go up. It means property price would come down to correlate with rent. i never understand property ,what bricks can make ,nothing , it never produce anything. loss making cos share still has chance to make money in future. they are in real business.
