RENTS need to go much higher

I can see that National Rents need to go much higher to enable improved economics of new housing to be constructed.

Current rent returns for current housing investors is dismally far too low.

I think it's a must to assist struggling future Mum & Dad Housing investors in constructing new homes.

Do We All Agree?



Also current State Labor Governments, need to stop giving tenants more rights in regards to rental property than the owners.

It's currently a mine field out there for property owners who decide to open their homes to house the public.
