Warnie, isn't it funny that whilst our good friends have been constantly talking about how houses will drop back, the rents they pay have been rising (which of course they said would not happen).
I fear that not only will they not get their dream of cheaper houses but that they are basically locking themselves into a lifetime of renting.
I dunno, do you think we gave them sufficient warning that these risks existed? Maybe it's partially our fault for not making it clearer for them.
I tried but I couldn't even lead the horse to water, let alone make him drink it.
