It seems the true colours appear very easily. Many of the posters seem to have idealogical views against property and develop websites and post using the most negative possible arguements to suport their views.
australia while being so called unafforable has the higest % of property ownership in the western world, yet the 30% that dont own are provided accoomdation by either government (thereby getting a subsidy) or by private landlords.
The problem is that the 30% that dont own want the same as those that have taken the risk, in good and bad times, and purchased property which has paid off, in the long term. You get some young people complaining that they cant afford a house, but the truth is they cant afford the house they want. Housing is affordable, it ijust isnt in the areas people want to live.
Those whinging and complaining and suggesting trashing houses as a form of protest will do so for some time from their university subsidised rental, housing commission home or rented premises for a long time.
Yes we are going through a bad time, but again it is the low skilled and low paid ie the 30% that will suffer the most.
