Like I have said on many occasions I fully support your decision to keep renting. I love people who rent, if it wasn't for you guys how could I service my debts on my investment properties?
So perhaps from a risk perspective view and given all the information you have at hand, it is probably best that you keep waiting for the right time to own your own home.
I think you need to be comfortable in your decision, no good losing sleep from worry. If you are comfortable where you are then you should keep renting.
