    We are due an update in November, should give us some direction, will be interesting to see what they do re dividends. Im not in this for the income, I would rather they continue to develop the site, although brownfield this has the following development options

    (1) Old Sizler/Hungry Jacks Site on Cnr of Creek and Winstanley - perplexes me why they have not already done this - must be part of a bigger plan. Reeks of residential tower space integrated into the main shopping centre with a bit of car park realignment - that or medical/professional suites.
    (2) Millennium Business Centre - just over the road from the main centre and near the latest development - so underutilised but a fair bit of land backing onto Old Cleveland Road. Maybe a retirement village tower a la the AVEO one accross the road. Lock the seniors into shopping at your centre.
    (3) Does anyone know if they own the site next to Millennium - has a COuncil Centre in it. 110 Mellenium Boulevard - if they have this then its a gem as they can add it to the site at numbe 2 and expand the centre by building over the road by about a third in theory
    (4) Large carpark/park N Ride - so much potential
