well, fingers crossed that it goes ok.
At least there's hope of a better relationship, particularly with a good relationship negotiator like Albanese.
I wouldn't be all that hopeful of 'repair' of trade - or the degree of it. Trade decisions 'might' be an indicator of some kind of olive branch offering between both nations.
China is not our natural enemy, never has been. Indeed if we didn't have such good friends at America (the enemy you have when you don't have one) - I suggest that without America's big foot in our pie, we'd still be good friends with China etc.
