Based soley on past trends it tends to fly between $3.50-$5.00. It usually hovers around $4.85 which is slightly above my average and where I see it heading. Not sure this will ever excite people to push it up to $10.
I think it is a great secure stock, and don't care if people get sucked into interest free offers - like others said - people need to take responsibility for their actions!
