    MRX board is mainly accountants. The Chairman Humann is long time very senior Pricewaterhouse, with what I thought was an impeccable record? Can't understand how they could be caught out this way? Perhaps this VA is a way of trying to preserve some value for shareholders? Fingers crossed, but may be false hope.
