• Expansion of Offshore Processing Capacity
The Directors of Repcol Limited are pleased to announce the expansion of Repcol’s Indian operations to
support the significant increase in demand for Repcol’s offshore services from Australian and
international customers.
From the middle of May 2005 Repcol’s Indian operations will be relocated into a leased facility close to
the existing premises in Bangalore which has been fitted out to Repcol’s specifications.
Repcol’s Managing Director, John Wreford, said that the new facility has the capacity to progressively
accommodate up to 2,000 staff in a workflow efficient environment. It is expected that the current
staffing level will grow from approximately 200 to 600 by October 2005.
“We are very pleased to have consolidated our offshore operations in India so as to meet the growth
requirements of our customers and to compliment our existing Australian operations in Perth and
Brisbane”
Mr Wreford said that the expansion of the facility has been funded internally.
