Yet another "last ditch effort" to kill off healthcare is headed for the Congressional morgue wearing a toe tag.
At least it's the last ditch for this year anyhow, as it can't be brought up for another vote until next year, when they get one more shot at getting the 51 votes needed again.
They attempted ramming it through without CBO scoring, bipartisan consultation or any semblance of concern for the impact of abrogating responsibility for pre-existing conditions.
Tough beat Mitch.
