The replacement value of the Lost Cabin plants excluding Denbury's separate CO2 processing and compression facilities could be in the order of US$625 million (danpech 7/2/17) and therefore a 14% interest worth AU$120 million or $0.14/Elk share.
US$20 million for 14% equity in Madden and Lost Cabin appears to be a very prudent investment.
