Agree with FredPerry, whatever the result is, the other side will appeal. Tho a negative verdict for IIN will have a short term knee-jerk impact on SP - in my view that will be a good buying opportunity to top up.

I'm definitely on IIN's side and thought MC Hammer article in yesterday's paper was a good one. If someone gets shot, you don't go after the gun maker or the store owner. CDs are already a dead medium, DVDs won't be long behind.

You can't touch this, Hammertime! Good to see he's stiill active in the industry, I had heard he went broke years ago from not investing his money wisely in IIN shares.
