    The other way of looking at this issue is from the perspective of the customer who is downloading "illegal" content. If any of them were chosen by the recording companies to be made an example of and prosecuted (a number of these cases have happened around the world), would the customer then have a claim against iiNet for not having passed on the warnings from those recording companies??
