In RH last few interviews it stated that it was "no point" applying for the approvals extension because Labor would reject it. I also remember RH comment on Cameco's Kintyre project that approvals were rejected and no point in applying for an extension.
So how long did RH have this view sounds like well over two years, yet in every QTY for more than two years it states this,
That it will be open to the Company to apply under the Environmental Protection Act 1986 (WA) for an extension of time for that condition at a later time during the life of the approval.
And to add salt into RH comments later added this..
It is also envisaged that favourable results from the studies detailed in this announcement may also necessitate an amendment to the proposal the subject of each environmental approval received.
So we SH can see it clearly just BS,.. doubt RH and board ever had any intensions to gain approvals,.. And this my fellow SH is a lifestyle management team that need the BOOT.. hey it may even put Goldies out of a job..
