The 1st step that is on the table is to allow uranium mining for export only
that will be needed to support and help politically aligned nations decarbonise especially the U.S.
now that the no Russian origin uranium is officially in process to be law after 90 days from Biden signature
the mining ban may be lifted for that case even with labor ?
