Answering your last question. I believe it's happened already. This is now an insto play. Like wringing a wet rag when there is no moisture left. Ammo from cap raise allowed it to be one. Retail spp evaporated. I'm just seeing a world class resource with doom and gloom and priced in, who knows how long it will take to pay. When instos are satisfied there are no more willing sellers I suspect.
