DYL are concentrating on their Tumas project, and rightly so.. it's their more advanced project and it's the fastest way to get money flowing into the company
No point spending money on Vimy's Mulga Rock project (when you're needing to raise money for Tumas). Mulga Rock is not a priority right now... I'm sure maybe 3-4 years from now once Tumas up and running and is generating plenty of cash, things will progress with Mulga Rock
You do the most important thing first, and put all your resources and efforts into that. Then you move onto your next project
