    I don't think HC affects the share price that much, if at all.

    I think TOE's share price speaks for itself

    If it's a great company, the share price would increase.

    If it's NOT good, the share price will decrease.

    TOE is at all time lows in a URANIUM BULL MARKET... all the good companies at multi-year/decade highs
