Eagle,.. You should read DYL QTY last month before making ridiculous comments like that and then look at DYL Mulga Rock timelines and that as a secondary project.

It's a management team that makes or breaks a project,.. Currently TOE is a broken project with funds being drained on huge wages for a bunch of managers pretenders,..
Only way to fix it is with a fresh new management team.
