The only caveat to my point above, about how unlikely it is for Roger Cook to risk taking on the green prefetence vote & the left of his own party, when even the great Mark McGowan couldn't do it, is economics.
I can only hope that the economic benefit of uranium mining to the state's coffers, becomes enough of a compelling reason to give Roger the courage for change.
Can I see that happening before the election? No way.
