Yep. If I was the MD, personally, I would step down out of sheer embarrassment, and deep disappointment at the value destruction that had resulted from my decisions, during my tenure as it's leader.
But, some people just aren't built like that, no matter what damage they do.
It's up to big players, like @Lukasfund, to take a stand and say no mores, to save their investment. I would support him or anyone else in any vote they need.
