What can i say, i totally agree with you on all your thoughts. We all know a change in government policy on uranium or a change in the government is the only way to make Toro move in the correct direction. It will at some stage for certain and regardless of who is in-charge of government happen. I think the care takers of Toe at that moment will be quickly changed by a buy out or merger etc. Unfortunately we have to wait for the greedy officials in government holding up the process for this case. I call them greedy because i cannot believe they have no commonsense, i believe some how they are on the take.(corrupt).
