    Yes exactly, but what kind of company is going to buy out TOE right now?! Shareholders will never agree to it. When there is absolutely no guarantee that Lake Maitland will get up and running if Labor continues getting voted in. They have made it incredibly clear, even when U hit $120usd and Li & Ni mines were closing across WA that they would not allow U Mining. So they definitely won't now. It would be one of the highest risk takeovers in history and the board of whoever tries to do it will be putting their careers on the line, hoping for a positive election result when it is 50-50 odds at best now. I just can't see any takeover happening before the WA election. If there is a change of government then all options are on the cards IMO. Although the TOE share price will likely open at 60% higher at minimum the Monday morning following the election if it goes in our favour to the pro-U mining LNP.
