With all due respect I am off on a completely different tangent to you. My focus is on how has he been allowed to make the decisions he has made and this can only be possible with the help of his cronies on the board and the power they wield.
3 things spring to mind.
1. Alignment of interests
2. Incentive packages
3. Accountability
One comment about your comments on RH's salary. To be completely honest, i haven't seen him demonstrate any expertise in anything but one thing, that is expertise in destroying what was once a great company with immense potential. Now that has riled up most of the participants of this forum , and you have to recognise that this is not acceptable behaviour.
It has financially hurt everyone on this forum who bought shares in good faith that the board would do the right thing and fulfill their obligations.
