I was just trawling through market index looking at the top 20 of all the biggest companies.
HSBC are the top holders in the whole of australian business by the looks..
Likely they would have representation on every board and hot lines to CEOs
22%,26%,28%,32% etc. 44% COH
High paid management are easier to control by BOD because when you earn the big bucks, you spend the big bucks, have loans, big house payments, private school fees, flash cars.q
We are nothing in the scheme of things
