RH put us in this situation, and I just don't understand why he did this? There has been zero accountability.
Most of all, I am amazed he has never been held to account for never informing the market about his intention to walk away from the WA mining permit, by choosing not to complete 'substantial commencement', leading up to the Jan 2022 deadline.
Wasn't he legally obliged to inform holders, BEFORE the deadline?
How does that work, with regard to reporting requirements under the law? Does anyone know?
