    Mate if you own Dyl you would surely know that uranium mining isn't banned in Australia. Dyl yellow have an asset in WA which has it's permits in place and can move on with no problems currently. They merged with vmy who had done the right thing to get their shit together. Toro and Cameco didn't. Every other company in WA got screwed when the Labor company put on the ban.
    However other states in Australia allow uranium mining not all but some.
    As for Africa, it's a continent remember with a similar issue some countries like Namibia and a couple of others are great in which DYL again have done well but there are some countries in Africa that are problematic not worth taking a risk on for any mineral
