I don’t think it’s manipulation. It shouldn’t be possible, especially in a U boom. Basically for the past 3 years+ the price has been sliding. No way they can manipulate it for that long. Comes down to poor management and the market getting fed up with their poor decision making, plus lack of positive newsflow and holding pattern due to the massive Substantial commencement stuff up!
RH must go! Then the reversal begins Imo.
