Look at every company on the ASX. Same same same in many cases.
Theres the companies, the management and the directors of the company.
If you are a director and a co director is a director of some other company, chances are, you’ll learn of things others wont. Innocent remarks that have value.
Then theres the entities that invest that are still needed but are in to make money quickly, then stay in for free to see where it goes.
You see the same entities in the top 20 for company after company.
Convince me that isnt useful for knowing the direction a company or sector is going.
People talk. Maybe not specific knowledge, maybe just comments like things are looking good, really good.
My thing is,
I watch the behaviour of others.

I’d say, most who post here work for some entity and post according to their task at hand.
At the end of the day
No one makes anything if the company doesnt make money or the share price doesnt rise.
